My name is Merri Bagumyan. I was born in Latvia, Riga. At the age of 14 my family and I moved to the United States. I graduated with honors from North Hollywood High School. As I was pursuing my education, I was a mentor for the National Board Of teen-dating violence abuse and with Break the Cycle for AGBU. Being involved with the community has brought me great joy and I hope to do more in the future. I obtained my Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication & Journalism from the University of Southern California “USC”.I got my first job at the age of 15 as a service representative for a cell phone company. As I was pursing my education and working full time, I decided to get my Insurance License - this changed my life. I discovered that my passion was to help others and create a safety through proper protection. My philosophy in life is to live my life with purpose, stay authentic, and be kind. Therefore, with 10 years of the insurance industry knowledge and experience I feel incredibly honored to represent State Farm and be the source of protection against current & future unexpected losses. I'm blessed with a beautiful family and friends that I spend a lot of my free time with. One of my favorite things to do is to travel and discover new restaurants. My favorite foods are Sushi and Tacos - I could literally have eat them every day. I look forward to meeting new people and thankful to God for giving me an opportunity to serve those in my community. Some of the cities we serve – Studio City, Valley Village, North Hollywood, Van Nuys, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Woodland Hills, Winnetka, Chatsworth, Glendale and Burbank. Pretty much the entire San Fernando Valley.
